A hand pump is not included with the JONESJON. Most home pumps are compatible with our product.
SHOP NOW
The JONESJON can support approximately 250 lbs. Users over that weight may assume a squatting position to still get full use of the product.
Customers who purchase our product are obligated to dispose of any bio-waste created with its use.
Return Policy
JONESJON will accept your return within 7 days of purchase for a full refund if you are not satisfied with your product and as long as 5 of 6 disposable toliets are not used. We will not accept your product if it has bio material such as urine or waste matter. If your product arrived to you defective, we will also accept your return.
Shipping Policy
Your product will arrive within 5-7 business days from the time you order it, only within the United States. Contact us about turn around times for international mailing.
